  静かな一日の方向転換 ― 土曜日の献血の話 2025年6月28日、土曜日。 朝からなんとなく音楽作業に集中できなかった。 少し気分を切り替えたくて、休むことにした。 ちょうど全血献血ができる期間が戻ってきたので、 頭の中も整理したくて、光化門の献血ルームに向かった。 思っていたよりも静かで、清潔感のある場所だった。 ためらうことなく中に入れたのは、その落ち着いた雰囲気のおかげだったと思う。 受付を済ませて、簡単な健康チェックを受け、 そのまま全血献血をした。 特別な出来事というわけではないけれど、 一日の中でひと区切りをつけて、 一息ついてからまた始めるような感覚だった。 献血を終えて、小さなお菓子をもらって、 光化門の通りを少し歩いてから、 音楽作業に戻った。 ギターを手に取ってみると、いつもより指先が軽くて、 音も少し柔らかく感じられた。 気のせいかもしれないけれど、悪くなかった。 献血が何かを大きく変えるとは思わないけれど、 日常の中で少しだけ方向を変えて、 誰かの役に立つことをして、 その気持ちを持ったまま自分の場所に戻る、 そんな流れも悪くないと思った。 そんなふうに過ごした一日だった。 오렌지핀(이현수) 오렌지핀 트랙스(Orange Fin Tracks)
